Red Hat is seeking Product Management interns to join our teams in Raleigh and Boston. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and contribute to product strategy and lifecycle management alongside a broad international team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions.
• Basic knowledge and willingness to learn Google Workspace, Jira, Slack.
• Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally.
• Willingness to learn and proactively work as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document input from Red Hat users, customers, and stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
• Execute and develop a competitive analysis by researching solutions and documenting strengths/weaknesses.
• Develop and prioritize requirements, epics, and user stories for new releases.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and enhance software to solve business problems.
• Network with other interns and thrive in a collaborative environment.
