TD SYNNEX North America invites motivated candidates to join the Discovery Representative Program in Herndon, VA. This hybrid role blends hands-on learning with rotations across Sales Development, Digital Design, Emerging Teams, and Velocity to build a foundation in public sector technology sales.

You will develop skills in prospecting, CRM usage, and customer engagement while collaborating with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interest in technology sales, business development, customer engagement, or account management.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and building relationships with customers and partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborative team player across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn CRM and sales technologies.

Aufgaben

• Engage in outbound calling and customer outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Support subscription renewals and customer engagement efforts.
• Build relationships with customers, channel partners, resellers, vendors, and government agencies.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand sales strategies and customer needs.
• Schedule meetings and facilitate introductions between technology partners and public sector customers.
• Maintain accurate opportunity/activity records in CRM systems (SMaRT).
• Participate in learning experiences across rotations to broaden skills in sales and technology procurement.
