Job summary

Best Buy in Minnesota seeks a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, handle cashier duties, keep shelves stocked, and support curbside and in-store pickup while maintaining learning and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
