Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech solutions with friendly service. You’ll demo products, answer questions and assist with purchases across departments to meet each customer’s needs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and help customers across departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
