Job summary

Citizens is offering a Technology Risk Intern position within the Enterprise Technology & Security Summer Internship Program for 2027. The role focuses on analyzing data from ServiceNow reports, GRC platforms, and control testing outputs to identify risk indicators and guide remediation efforts.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in dashboards, trend analyses, and risk assessments while receiving mentorship and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• Expected graduation May 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify risk indicators across ETS Risk portfolio.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to address control gaps.
• Create and maintain dashboards and trend analyses for risk surface visibility.
• Support evidence collection, documentation review, and stakeholder coordination.
