Job summary

RSM US LLP in New York, NY is seeking a Risk Consulting Intern to gain hands-on client experience across industries such as manufacturing, real estate, construction, financial institutions, not-for-profit, healthcare, and private equity. You will work with TRC professionals to assess IT controls and internal control enhancements.

You must have 90 credit hours completed and be working toward a BA/BS; travel may be required and strong communication skills, teamwork, and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• 90 credit hours completed.
• Working toward B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university.
• There are 2 different types of individuals that we look to hire into this team: Major in Accounting and/or related degrees; Major in Information Systems and/or related degrees.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on client experience with access to business owners and executive management.
• Assist with TRC projects including SOX/regulatory engagements and IT controls testing.
• Contribute to internal control documentation and advising clients on technology risk.
