Job summary

The role involves documenting and testing application controls, assisting in audit reports, and supporting SOX-based reviews. Pursue a degree in Accounting, CS, or Information Systems; a master's is preferred, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems, required
• Pursuing a Masters in Information Systems or other relevant advanced degree, preferred

Responsibilities

• Documents and tests controls on software applications
• Assists in preparation of audit reports and recommendations
• Participates in review of internal controls per Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Develops and maintains client relationships
• Conducts client interviews for non-complex engagements
• Performs walkthroughs of client controls
• Documents controls, tests performed and results
• Prepares workpapers in required format
• Applies IS audit principles to non-complex environments
• Other duties as required
