Verizon Retail is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Maryland to grow sales and deliver a superior customer experience in a store setting. You will identify customer needs, propose tech solutions, and close sales through effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Open to picking up additional shifts to earn more income

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to grow Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations to provide a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Continue development through ongoing training and cross-functional exposure.
• Possibility to grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to existing customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand loyalty and reach
