Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by connecting with customers and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommend solutions for complete top-down sales.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop skills through training and assist with merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Outreach to current Verizon customers with calls/texts to grow base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to grow loyal customers.
