• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts, especially in peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and customer service to grow the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by connecting with customers and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommend solutions for a complete sales approach.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continue development through ongoing training and upskilling across merchandising and inventory.
• Reach out to current Verizon customers with outbound calls/texts to grow base.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events to expand loyal customers.
