Job summary

Best Buy Everett is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll greet shoppers, demonstrate items, answer questions and guide purchases across departments.

You’ll also handle cashier duties, keep the floor clean and stocked, and participate in ongoing training. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required to support store needs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
