Job summary

MICRO CENTER is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor with high-volume experience to coordinate and supervise the activities of all Retail Store Office Associates and Retail Customer Service Representatives (Cashiers) and ensure the overall success of our big box computer retail store.

Salary range is $45K-$55K per year, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic, customer-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in retail operations, cash handling, loss prevention, inventory control and merchandising.
• Two+ years in a big-box retail environment with direct accountability for achieving customer service targets; leadership role preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to handle multiple customers and priorities.
• Ability to execute corporate initiatives and drive world-class customer experiences.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs; stand for prolonged periods.
• Shifts include hours before and after store hours; mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations to meet customer satisfaction standards and policies.
• Assist in staffing, training and scheduling to ensure capable associates.
• Provide coaching on customer satisfaction and sales presentation to achieve metrics.
• Oversee ad sets and visual merchandising within the department.
• Manage freight flow, inventory counts, and asset tracking.
