2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialist Floater in Alviso, CA. You will work at local retailers, helping customers explore AR/VR products and complete sales.

This role requires weekend availability, on-call hours, and a friendly, tech-savvy approach. Training provided; you’ll report to store leadership and support brand displays while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment; weekend availability required.
• Own a smartphone with iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 level OS.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand/walk for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Become a Meta Master by showcasing AR/VR gadgets and accessories.
• Engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide purchases.
• Build trust and drive sales while representing Meta and 2020 Companies.
• Hit monthly sales targets and support store teams.
• Maintain displays and promotions to be visually appealing.
• Collaborate with retail staff and share knowledge across teams.
• Track interactions and submit daily reports via mobile device.
