Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring a part-time Meta Sales Specialist Floater to assist shoppers with Meta AR/VR products at retailers within a 60-mile radius of the market center in Illinois. The role requires Friday 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.

and weekend hours, with on-call, and additional shifts possible during holidays. Training is provided and performance-based incentives exist. Competitive weekly pay at $22/hour, with on-demand pay options and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of sales, electronics, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Interest in AV/VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers, demonstrate products and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Weekend availability and at least three one-time weekday shifts required.
• Own a smartphone with an OS equivalent to iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Reliable transportation to scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products to meet needs.
• Demonstrate Meta gadgets and explain benefits for fitness, gaming, entertainment.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending products.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain Meta displays, keep devices and promotions visually appealing.
• Collaborate with store staff and leaders to share knowledge and improve performance.
• Track customer interactions and submit daily reports via mobile device.
