2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floater to bring Meta products to life inside local retailers. You’ll demonstrate AR/VR gadgets, engage customers, and train store teams on new AI apps and features.

Flexibility is key: Fridays to Sundays with a guaranteed 6 hours weekly and on-call shifts; pay is $22 per hour plus seasonal completion bonus, with online training provided and opportunities for growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Weekend availability required; able to work Fridays to Sundays.
• Own a smartphone with smartphone OS similar to iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Demonstrates product features and engages customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta products in local retailers and engage customers.
• Build trust and drive sales through product recommendations.
• Train store staff on new AI apps, tools, and features.
• Maintain attractive, organized Meta displays and promos.
• Submit daily reports on customer interactions and sales.
