2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialist Floater. You will engage retail shoppers, demonstrate Meta AR/VR products, and advise on the best options to meet individual needs. Flexible weekend hours and on‑call shifts support a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent OS of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Become a Meta Master: Dive into Meta's products and help customers choose the right one.
• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta gadgets to show how they can enhance lives.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the best Meta product.
• Be a brand ally: Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally with customers and store staff.
• Hit your goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain the Meta displays: Keep them clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Be a team player: Partner with store staff and leaders to share knowledge.
• Track interactions: Submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Foster positive relationships by adapting to local store environments and policies.
