This role focuses on owning the candidate relationship from first call through offer, with base pay $55K plus uncapped commission and realistic OTE $85K–$110K+. You'll run phone screens, prep candidates for interviews, and support negotiations to close placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years in sales/customer-facing roles or recent graduate with demonstrated drive.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Run phone screens and qualification calls with technical professionals.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback.
• Support offer negotiations and close placements.
• Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding.
