Job summary

Cindavi, a technical recruiting firm specializing in engineering placements, is seeking a results-driven recruiter to join our team. The role offers a $55K base plus uncapped commissions and a realistic $85K–$110K+ OTE.

You’ll own the candidate relationship from first call through offer, run screens with technical professionals, prepare candidates for interviews, and help close placements, all while benefiting from founder-led coaching and a proven 7-phase methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone.
• Strong communication skills especially on the phone and in writing.
