With 2+ years in agency recruiting, you will leverage our tools (ATS, CRM) and a results-driven mindset to hit placement goals, earn commissions, and grow your recruiting expertise in a remote-first environment across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals and revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: using sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: leveraging our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, Jax, to find candidates who match your clients open positions.
• Lead with Kindness + Respect.
