We are actively seeking a talented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead manufacturing test development projects, including test software, hardware, and integration, supporting data center manufacturing test development. You will network with customer teams, suppliers, engineers, and a team of experts to maximize support.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing data center test infrastructure projects from planning to deployment supporting NPI manufacturing.
  • Overseeing test strategy, schedule, budget, risk management, procurement, logistics, and integration to align with NPI schedules.
  • Coordinating supplier selection for test fixture components and JDM solutions.
  • Driving communication with stakeholders, vendors, and manufacturers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Maintaining and co-authoring technical documentation, including test plans, processes, presentations, dashboards, and requirements.
  • Evaluating technological strategies based on stakeholder needs and test implications.
  • Supporting sales by showcasing our capabilities, industry trends, standards, and challenges in manufacturing test.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, industrial engineering, or related manufacturing field.
  • 5+ years in project management within high-visibility, strategic areas with strong communication skills.
  • 5+ years experience in manufacturing test industries and testing approaches (functional, performance, stress).
  • Experience managing suppliers and partners for test requirements.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Manufacturing test design experience.
  • Experience working across cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as required.
  • Flexible schedule supporting Pacific time zone and East Asia time zones.
