We are actively seeking a talented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to be the lead subject matter expert for our customer’s manufacturing test development projects, including test software, hardware, and integration. The TPM will support data center manufacturing test development projects, networking with customer teams, suppliers, engineers, and a team of experts to maximize support.

Your contribution in this role:

  • Manage data center test infrastructure projects from planning to deployment to support NPI manufacturing.
  • Oversee test strategy, schedule, budget, risk management, procurement, logistics, and integration, ensuring alignment with NPI schedules.
  • Coordinate supplier selection for test fixture components and JDM solutions.
  • Drive communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contract manufacturers to identify issues, escalate problems, create solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Maintain and co-author technical documentation, including test plans, processes, dashboards, and requirements.
  • Evaluate technological strategies considering stakeholder requirements and test implications.
  • Support sales by demonstrating our capabilities, industry trends, standards, and challenges in manufacturing testing.

The ideal candidate:

  • Degree: Bachelor's in electrical, computer, industrial engineering, or related manufacturing fields.
  • Required Experience: 5+ years in project management within high-visibility strategic areas, manufacturing test industries, and managing suppliers and partners.
  • Experience with various testing approaches (functional, performance, stress).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Manufacturing test design experience.
  • Experience working across cultures and time zones.

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to work in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ownership of responsibilities and escalation skills.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).

Mobility:

  • May need to travel up to 5% as required.

Schedule:

  • Flexible hours supporting Pacific time zone (GMT-7) and East Asia (GMT+8).
