Job summary

PNC is seeking a Project Manager II to lead medium to large-scale projects within its Technology organization. The role is based in-office in Pittsburgh, PA, with options across multiple U.S.

cities, and requires coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes while meeting regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in regulated industries, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid approaches, and strong risk, stakeholder, and budget management skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with business leaders, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide executive-level status reports.
