Job summary

Kickmaker is hiring a Project Manager to lead cross-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. You will manage projects from qualification through delivery, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. The role reports to senior management and emphasizes autonomy and initiative.

You’ll work with sales, program leads, and technical leaders to draft proposals, assess risks, and staff projects with the right resources. A strong culture of maker spirit guides the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects from concept to production.
• Ability to qualify requirements and prepare technical and financial proposals.
• Strong communication and collaboration with sales, leads, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support in qualifying requirements and preparing proposals
• Contribute to the drafting of technical and financial proposals, in close collaboration with the sales teams, Program Back Leads, Program Front Leads, Program Sales Leads, and technical leaders
• Actively participate in the pre-sales phase by analyzing and qualifying customer requirements
• Identify project risks and determine the resources needed to staff the project
• Ensure the overall management of assigned projects, from launch to completion
• Manage the financial performance of projects, in line with the margin targets set
• Maintain a relationship of trust with customers, promoting a “win-win” partnership dynamic
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments (cost, quality, deadlines)
• Organize, lead, and supervise multi-disciplinary project teams (mechanical, electrical, software)
• Define workload plans, monitor performance indicators, and propose corrective actions if necessary
• Ensure the successful delivery of contractual commitments made to Kickmaker's clients and ensure the expected profitability of projects
• Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of internal processes
