Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex business or technology initiatives.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder management, budget management, and communication skills.
• Experience working within a regulated industry environment.
• Exposure to AI initiatives, including AI implementation or governance.
• Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, governance structures, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, risk partners, compliance organizations, and operational stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide executive-level reporting on project status, milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Manage change control processes and support organizational change management efforts.
• Coordinate resources across multiple business units and external vendors when applicable.
• Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement.
