Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Technical Project Management Co-op to support the Robotics team in firmware releases, beta testing, and data analysis. You will translate technical requirements into actionable plans, maintain program structure, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced, global setting.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, product, and operations, organize tester feedback, and create dashboards.

Qualifications

• Current student in a bachelor’s or master’s program or within 1 year of graduation.
• Must be able to work full-time, 40-hour-per-week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization or dashboards; Power BI or QuickSight preferred.
• Mandarin fluency preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work across a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end program planning across multiple technical workstreams.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation.
• Support testing operations, including participant communications and surveys.
• Coordinate across hardware, firmware, software, and data teams for alignment.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor program health.
• Prepare clear, concise program updates for executives.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and speed.
