Job summary

Thrive seeks a Project Coordinator to plan, track, and manage customer projects. You will provide administrative support to the PMO and coordinate with Engineers, sales, and consultants to keep projects on schedule.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers, drive milestones, and ensure clear communication across teams, including 3rd party partners. Prior experience in project coordination within tech services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with PMO methodologies and project coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage customer projects ensuring milestones and success criteria are met.
• Lead project activities by liaising with Engineers, sales, and consultants.
• Provide administrative support and accurate project reporting to the PMO.
• Coordinate with 3rd party partners and OEMs to maintain timelines and deliverables.
• Transition clients on Thrive managed services and maintain clear communication throughout.
