Job summary

Thrive is seeking a Principal Architect to devise implementation strategy and orchestrate Thrive engineering teams for Enterprise client projects. You will lead technical execution, assess client readiness, and participate in hands‑on engineering as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating distributed engineers, translating business needs into technical plans, and communicating with clients at both technical and executive levels to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8+ years of Administrative and/or Project experience with Windows Server and related technologies.
• 6-8+ years of workstation, network, and/or public cloud support experience.
• Experience with monitoring and remote management tools.
• Experience working with highly complex technical projects involving multiple workstreams.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects for Thrive Enterprise clients as the project lead.
• Oversee execution per Thrive Project Plans, Orders and Scopes of Service.
• Provide hands‑on engineering as needed.
• Coordinate engineers from multiple distributed teams.
• Translate customer business needs into technical realities.
• Communicate project plans and testing procedures to clients at technical and executive levels.
• Track and manage time across multiple ongoing projects.
