Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Program Analyst to support Detroit, Michigan operations. The role partners with IT, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to plan, track, and deliver technology initiatives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, modeling processes, and maintaining project data, with emphasis on UAT, documentation, and performance reporting using tools like e-Builder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience supporting applications, systems, technology projects, business analysis, or program/ project coordination.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements, application goals, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Support configuration, enhancement, upgrade, deployment, integration, and maintenance of applications and systems.
• Assist Project Managers with software rollouts, project scope, schedules, tasks, deliverables, and tracking.
• Analyze business processes and workflows; identify opportunities for improvement and ROI analyses.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, end users, IT staff, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
