Job summary

Champion Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst to support PMO leadership in delivering projects across multiple business units.

You will enter and maintain project data, assist with workflows, and generate reports to track progress and forecast outcomes. This role requires a Bachelor's in Business and several years of project administration; strong Excel and MS Project skills, plus attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project administration or controls.
• Strong analytical and financial tracing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project data in applications and systems.
• Create and maintain projects in Business System.
• Generate project reports to support project needs.
• Track progress, milestones, and challenges with metrics.
• Develop workflows, reports, and analytics for projects.
• Research and analyze data to support planning and execution.
• Identify data sources and integrity for projects.
• Analyze project financials: cost vs. bill, burn rates, margins, forecasts.
• Maintain labor forecasts with Project Managers to meet deliverables.
• Support invoicing and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Audit project artifacts, folders, and closeout documents.
• Review vendor purchase orders within authorized limits.
• Support status meetings with action items and milestone updates.
