Job summary

Tract Capital Management seeks a Technical Program Manager for New Product Development to lead cross-functional execution of hardware product programs, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to move concepts to production.

The role requires a highly organized leader to own integrated schedules, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with manufacturing readiness and strong executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in technical program management or related fields.
• Experience leading hardware, industrial equipment, or mission-critical product development.
• Strong skill in managing schedules, risk, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept to production.
• Develop integrated schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate readiness across engineering, sourcing, tooling, and manufacturing.
• Communicate program health, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Maintain program documentation and drive process improvements.
