You will own scope, schedule, budget, and risk, coordinating with the Division Chief Engineer and Division Product Manager to drive phase execution across hardware and software domains. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, or construction management or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with hardware and software development processes.
• PMP certification or equivalent proficiency required.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate Agile and waterfall within PDP execution and coach teams.
• Experience leading quarterly PI planning across multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive PDP phase execution and manage gate readiness with the Product Manager and Division Chief Engineer.
• Manage master schedule with actual vs forecast tracking and flag milestone risks early.
• Develop and execute Software & Hardware Release Plans.
• Define scope baselines and perform change control; escalate out-of-scope requests.
• Oversee program budget execution and coordinate with Finance on variances.
• Own risk registers, contingency planning, and issue escalation to Program Director.
• Prepare regular executive review slides and present program status to division leadership.
• Coordinate Autonomy Report submissions and reviews with Execution and Functional Managers.
• Understand and improve ASI’s Quality Management System and scale processes as the company grows.
• Integrate Agile and waterfall within PDP structure and coach teams accordingly.
• Maintain integrated program-level schedules, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
