Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) seeks a Technical Program Manager to independently manage product development programs within the Product Division, owning scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

You will drive PDP phase execution and coordinate with the Division Chief Engineer and Division Product Manager to meet milestones and deliverables. Responsibilities include developing release plans for software and hardware, managing budgets, and maintaining risk registers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, business, or construction management, or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of program management experience.
• Experience with both hardware and software development processes.
• PMP certification or equivalent proficiency required.
• Ability to integrate Agile and waterfall within PDP execution and coach teams.
• Experience leading quarterly PI planning across multiple project teams.
• Proficient with CPMO tool suite: Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint, SAP.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, operations, and supply chain.
• Demonstrated technical fluency to challenge estimates and surface embedded risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive PDP phase execution for assigned program and manage gate readiness in consultation with the Product Manager and Division Chief Engineer.
• Drive the master schedule including actual versus forecast tracking and flag risks ahead of milestones.
• Drive Software & Hardware Release Plan development and execution.
• Drive scope baseline definition and change control for the assigned program.
• Drive program budget execution within approved baselines and consult with Finance on variances.
• Own risk register for the program and elevate unresolved issues to the Program Director.
• Prepare and present executive status slides and dashboards to division leadership.
• Integrate Agile and waterfall within PDP and coach team members on Agile practices.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
