Job summary

Autonomous Solutions (ASI) seeks a Technical Program Manager to independently run product development programs, owning scope, schedule, budget, and risk within PDP. You will work with the Product Division triad to drive PDP phase execution using established methodology, influencing engineering and product outcomes.

You will also lead master scheduling, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, and business development to ensure on-time program delivery

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or construction management.
• 3–6 years of program management experience.
• Experience with hardware and software development processes.
• PMBOK concepts mastery; PMP or equivalent.
• Ability to integrate Agile and waterfall within PDP and coach teams.
• Experience leading quarterly PI planning across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive PDP phase execution and manage gate readiness with PM and Division Chief Engineer.
• Manage master schedule, track actuals vs forecast, flag milestone risks.
• Develop and execute Software & Hardware Release Plans.
• Define scope baseline and change control; escalate out-of-scope requests.
• Manage program budget within baselines; consult Finance on variances.
• Own risk register; drive contingency planning and escalate unresolved issues.
• Prepare executive status slides and present program status to leadership.
• Submit Autonomy Reports each sprint and coordinate reviews.
• Understand and improve ASI's Quality Management System; scale processes.
• Integrate Agile and waterfall delivery within PDP and coach teams.
