Job summary

Pivotal Talent Search Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex equipment and system orders from acceptance to delivery, training, and project completion.

The role serves as the primary owner for designated projects involving welding equipment, suppliers, technical requirements, customer commitments, and internal departments. You will develop timelines, identify dependencies and risks, and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure on-time shipment and thorough testing.

Qualifications

• Strong project planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with proactive risk mitigation.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned complex equipment and system projects from order acceptance through delivery.
• Review orders and technical requirements to ensure complete scope understanding.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones, dependencies and testing needs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to track orders and readiness.
• Identify delays or risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in project-management systems.
