Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• 5–10 years in technical project/ program management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating hardware, automation, or multidisciplinary engineering programs.
• Strong ability to track schedules, dependencies, resources and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own project and program execution from kickoff through deployment and acceptance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Coordinate activities across Hardware, Software, Algorithms, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Translate customer commitments into executable internal project plans; establish ownership.
• Lead regular program reviews focusing on decisions, risks, and actions.
• Provide clear program-status reporting to leadership and management.
