Job summary

ImagineX Consulting in Columbus, OH is seeking a proactive Technology Program Leader to run our DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practice for a client. You will directly manage a team of hands-on DevOps/SRE engineers and partner with the Lead Technical Architect to drive operational excellence, CI/CD improvements, and system reliability.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, the ability to translate complex infrastructure concepts into business outcomes, and a proven track record

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership in technical program management, engineering management, or delivery leadership within enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and infrastructure monitoring.
Proven ability to communicate with executive sponsors and engineering teams.
Self-starter with ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive improvement independently.

Responsibilities

Direct management of hands-on DevOps and SRE engineers; oversee performance and resource allocation.
Liaise between executive leadership, client stakeholders, and the delivery team to align on goals.
Oversee infrastructure modernization, CI/CD pipeline optimization, monitoring, and incident response.
Partner with Tech Lead to ensure delivery excellence without hands-on coding daily.
Drive proactive delivery improvements and address bottlenecks before they become issues.
