Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical product management or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with OMP Plus planning software or similar advanced planning applications (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO).
• Proficiency with agile/scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Product Manager for OMP Plus planning capabilities across processes, integrations, and production support.
• Develop understanding of customer needs, supply chain planning, and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and shape the roadmap.
• Lead Vision Plan product strategy and adoption across business and tech stakeholders.
• Drive lifecycle management from problem definition to deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement using agile methods.
• Monitor performance, production stability, and user experience to drive improvements.
