Job summary

Best Buy in Onalaska, WI is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store. You’ll learn to confidently recommend tech products and services to meet each customer’s needs, and you’ll engage with shoppers in a warm, friendly manner.

You’ll perform product demos, answer questions, handle cashier duties, and support in-store pickup. Training will equip you with the knowledge to help customers while maintaining the sales floor and staying stocked.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain ongoing learning and development to stay knowledgeable
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
