Job summary

Best Buy in Milwaukee is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech and services. You’ll learn as you go and confidently recommend products that meet each customer’s needs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, demoing products, processing purchases and returns, and keeping the sales floor stocked while delivering great service. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
