Job summary

iManage is seeking a Commercial Counsel (Technology & Procurement) to lead the legal workstream for technology and procurement transactions. You will manage vendor and technology agreements, including software, cloud infrastructure, AI tooling, data, and professional services, ensuring risks are addressed.

Qualifications

• J.D. with active bar membership and 3–5 years of commercial legal experience in technology procurement or buy‑side transactions.
• Experience negotiating AI, SaaS, cloud and data agreements from the buyer’s perspective.
• In‑house SaaS/tech company experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and close technology vendor agreements.
• Build and maintain procurement legal frameworks.
• Develop self‑service resources for contract guidance.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract risk in clear language.
• Coordinate with privacy and security teams on data protection implications.
