Job summary

iManage is seeking a Commercial Counsel (Enterprise) to join its legal team and drive negotiation and closing of substantial enterprise SaaS agreements across the Americas. You will act as a trusted partner to sales, finance, privacy, security, and legal operations, balancing business goals with risk controls.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active bar membership, and 4–7 years of commercial law experience focused on enterprise SaaS, cloud, or technology agreements.

Qualifications

• JD required with active bar membership.
• 4–7 years of commercial experience in enterprise SaaS or tech contracts.
• In-house experience with sales teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close complex enterprise SaaS agreements.
• Partner with sales, finance, privacy, security, and operations.
• Provide risk-informed guidance and deal reviews.
