This hands-on technology leader will build and coach a blended team, set technical direction, and accelerate modernization and AI-driven delivery.

The role requires strong SDLC discipline, production performance ownership, and the ability to partner with business leaders to translate priorities into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience in applications or enterprise platforms.
• 6+ years in technology leadership or management across teams.
• Hands-on leadership with ServiceNow or comparable enterprise workflow platform and CLM technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a blended team of full-time associates and contractors.
• Own application delivery and production performance, including projects, enhancements, support, incidents, releases, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into scalable technology solutions and actionable roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, integrations, data flows, configuration, development, and production troubleshooting.
• Guide the delivery of ServiceNow and CLM platforms; establish SDLC, engineering, testing, and release standards.
• Drive stability through incident management, root-cause analysis, and elimination of recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and outcomes.
