Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in technology or portfolio management.
• 3+ years leadership with enterprise scope.
• Experience leading PPM within a large org.
• Strong executive communication and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Technology Project Portfolio Management capabilities, including demand, capacity, financial, and portfolio planning.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Technology PPM ecosystem.
• Oversee portfolio management tools, integrations, reporting, and data capabilities (Clarity, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, investment planning, and capital/expense management.
• Collaborate with Technology, Portfolio, and HR leaders to align people, products, priorities, and investments.
• Communicate portfolio insights, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leaders.
