Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT project leader to manage initiatives from planning through execution. You will oversee project portfolios, develop control mechanisms, and provide technical guidance to IT management, while driving continuous improvements across teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, big‑picture thinking, and strong communication skills to coordinate a remote staff and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 9 years’ experience.
• Must be able to work collaboratively.
• Ability to see the big picture.
• Strong inter-personal, written & verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across remote team members; working knowledge of a project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects in accordance with approved methodologies.
• Develop and manage plans and control mechanisms.
• Provide technical assistance to IT management.
• Oversee the IT projects portfolio.
• Contribute to continuous improvements.
• Supervises IT Projects team of 7-9 staff.
