Qualifications

• 15+ years leading People & Culture in global, high-growth tech or SaaS organizations.
• Technical weight: ability to engage with AI and R&D leaders.
• Proven use of data analytics to justify strategic shifts to executive audiences.
• Strong executive presence to challenge senior leaders and act as trusted People & Culture partner.
• Track record leading large-scale organizational design and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech executives across AI, Product, Engineering to align talent with roadmaps.
• Diagnose organizational health metrics and lead large-scale design initiatives to improve velocity and clarity.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to provide leadership insights and forecast talent needs.
• Drive executive succession planning, leadership coaching, and performance culture in fast-paced tech environments.
• Collaborate with P&C Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to support Technology org needs.
