Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to update, organize, and validate project or portfolio information.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools to track work and follow up.
• Foundational understanding of project coordination, administrative support, or technology services.

Responsibilities

• Assist BTS with recurring operational support including TeamDynamix project record updates.
• Support portfolio maintenance and task follow-up for BTS projects.
• Assist with basic meeting preparation and notes; document reminders and follow-ups.
• Maintain intake- or catalog-related information and ensure it is up to date.
