Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as UND student (undergrad or grad).
• Interest in computer hardware, systems administration, or related field.
• Comfortable diagnosing and repairing desktop/laptop computers.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Skilled at configuring software, OS, and user settings on Windows and Mac.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality of user information.
• Criminal History Background Check completion required.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Maintenance & Repair: diagnose and repair hardware issues; set up equipment; coordinate with staff to resolve tech problems.
• Software Configuration & Deployment: install, configure, update software/OS; configure user accounts and permissions; evaluate new tools.
• Front Desk & Administrative Support: greet visitors, answer calls/emails, schedule events, data entry and basic documents.
