Job summary

Lifeline Animal Project is seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to lead technology planning, asset lifecycle, and systems administration across locations in Atlanta, GA. You will coordinate equipment, vendor relationships, and staff IT support while driving operational improvements and security practices.

The role reports to the IT Systems Solutions Manager and requires a strong customer-service mindset, excellent organization, and the ability to work across teams and locations.

Qualifications

• Compassion for animals and people.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, accounts, networks, and peripherals.
• Experience administering Google Workspace.
• Strong organization, documentation, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently within policies, budgets, and escalation paths.
• Clear, patient, service-oriented communication with diverse users.
• Ability to manage requests across multiple locations and priorities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel among LifeLine locations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the annual technology work plan with IT leadership.
• Manage lifecycle of equipment: inventory, assignment, configuration, maintenance, repair and disposition.
• Maintain asset records, standards and supporting documentation across locations.
• Assess needs and make repair/replacement and purchasing decisions within budgets.
• Evaluate suppliers and manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Serve as primary contact for county-owned equipment and escalation to County IT.
