Job summary

Oak Harbor Chamber seeks Technology Navigators as AmeriCorps members to support our local WorkSource office. You will provide technical assistance, deliver training, and conduct community outreach, serving full-time in-person during November/December through July/August.

The program offers a $3,157 monthly stipend, medical insurance, professional mentorship, and an education award of up to $5,176 to qualifying participants.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older
• A citizen, national or lawful permanent resident of the United States
• A high school graduate or GED recipient (you may still be able to serve without meeting this criteria)
• Able to pass the National Service Criminal History Check

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance at the WorkSource office
• Deliver training to job seekers and community members
• Conduct community outreach to residents and partners
• Serve full-time and in-person November/December - July/August
