Clover Health Services is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures at our Arcata facility. You will prepare patients, explain the exam, position them for scanning, and ensure high-quality imaging.

Requirements include 1-2 years in an in-patient setting, BLS or ACLS, and ARRT MR certification or ARRT-R with ARMRIT credentials. Additional duties include safety and contrast administration as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as MRI Tech in an in-patient hospital setting.
• Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support.
• ARRT-MR credential or ARRT-R with ARMRIT credential.

Responsabilités

• Perform MRI procedures and ensure high image quality.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and position for MRI.
• Administer contrast when needed and maintain safety standards.

Performs MRI procedures on patients: Prepares patients for MRI exam, explains the procedure, administers contrast, when necessary, positions patients for the MRI scanner, selects appropriate imaging techniques, and ensures technical quality of the scan.

Qualifications

• - 1-2 years' experience as MRI Tech in an in-patient hospital setting
• - Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support, required
• - One (1) of the following combinations is required:
• - Registered MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MR); or
• - Registered Radiological Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R) and Registered MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
